The Asia Pacific Institute of Management, Delhi, hosted Dr Pawan Agrawal, CEO and president of Mumbai Dabbawalas, at its campus to deliver a lecture to the students. Chairman of the institute, AK Shrivastava welcomed Dr Agrawal. He enlightened the students about the customer centric approach towards business and how he revolutionised the working of dabbawalalhs. This helped the management graduates to learn certain management and leadership skills.
