To mark the celebration of completing 25 years, the Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Ghaziabad, organised a management development programmes on Transactional Analysis for Managerial Interpersonal Effectiveness. The programme which was held in association with NIESBUD, Noida, aimed at imparting knowledge to the corporates and fulfilling the commitment of IMS, Ghaziabad to bridge the gap between industry and academia.
Rakesh Chharia, managing trustee and Dr Urvashi Makkar, director, IMS Ghaziabad welcomed the dignitaries Arun Kumar Jha, director general, NIESBUD; Sunil Bhardwaj, joint director incubation, NIESBUD and Dr Devendra Arora, academic advisor, International Management Academy.
Reena Singh, certified trainer and founder of Ananta Intellect Pvt ltd, conducted two technical sessions and focussed on interpersonal communication skills and signified the importance of employee engagement in this programme. Delegates from industry and academia participated in the MDP.
