The Talentedge, India’s leading Ed-Tech firm, offering live and interactive, anywhere learning in a digital format, strengthens its collaboration with MICA to offer a PG Certificate Programme in Business Management. The course is specially designed for high-potential managers, working professionals and young leaders who aspire to lead cross — functional teams and wish to be well-prepared for challenging managerial positions in national and multinational organisations. The programme will also cater to entrepreneurs seeking to gain a more structured understanding of the contemporary business situation. This one-year programme will commence on January 7, 2017 and will be conducted over two semesters.
The programme will include lectures from MICA’s area leader in general management, Dr. Rasananda Panda, who is the programme director for this programme. Dr Panda specialises in Macroeconomics and his current areas of interest include studying the dynamics of the business and economic environment of India and other emerging markets. The programme contains a mix of practical assignments, case studies, simulation and gamification to impart practical knowledge, pertinent to varied corporate scenarios.
