Melange 2013, an Annual Management and Cultural Festival of the Institute of Management Studies (IMS) was recently organised in the Capital. The festival witnessed many art and cultural competitions. It was inaugurated by Dr CS Nagpal, director of IMS, who flagged off a marathon from Kavi Nagar Ram lila Ground to the premises of the institute.
The theme of the marathon was ‘save paper, save trees’. More than 200 students participated in this marathon which was won by Harvansh Singh of MCA, second year and the second prize went to Yogesh Kumar.
The students competed in various events in each of the management and technology verticals. The academic events were also accompanied by co-curricular and cultural events held at the lal Quan Campus of IMS Ghaziabad, which ended with a gala fashion show.
