The University of Sheffield is offering International Merit Scholarships 2017. Students can apply for the 50% merit scholarship available to international undergraduate and postgraduate students. The university is pleased to offer five UG and 10 PG awards. Students can apply for these scholarships after receiving a conditional or unconditional offer from the University of Sheffield. The scholarships will take the form of a tuition fee reduction only.
Eligibility: Applicants must have applied for and been offered a study place at the University of Sheffield to be eligible to apply for the scholarship. The scholarship application is a separate online process to applying for a course. A link to the online scholarship application will be sent by email to all eligible students from January onwards.
The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and the supporting statement. The final decision will be made by an academic panel. You must be self-funding and classified as overseas for tuition fee purposes. For more information contact: Alison.witham@sheffield.ac.uk
Application deadline: Applicants must have applied for a study place by 16 June 2017. The deadline for scholarship applications is June 23, 2017. Scholarship results will be announced on July 28, 2017.
Missouri State University (MSU) has announced international excellence scholarship of $5,000 each, per year for Indian students. The scholarship is not limited to any numbers and offers the same scheme to all eligible candidates because it will be unjustified to restrict scholars in numbers. One, who has merit and is eligible, will keep getting it like earlier. Tuition fees for the complete course is approximately $12,000.
Eligibility: A student who has successfully completed a bachelor degree in Computer Science or closely related field (Computer Engineering, Math, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering) from a recognized university, with GPA score of 3, GRE score of 305and IElTS score of 6 or TOEFl score of 79.
