Azim Premji University announces admissions for its three-year full-time residential UG programme in Bengaluru. The programme offers BSc degree with majors in Physics or Biology and BA degree with majors in Economics or Humanities. Students have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of minors, based on their interests. like Data Sciences, Applied Mathematics, Education, Development and Sustainability etc. They can also pursue an honours degree by taking up additional research work and projects.
Selection Criteria: Applicants will be short-listed based on a written test and personal interview. The admission is conducted in two phases.
last Date: Applications for early admissions will close on December 7, 2016 followed by an entrance test on December 18, 2016. Applications for regular admissions close on April 23, 2017 with the entrance test and interviews scheduled in May.
Scholarship: The university provides extensive financial assistance for deserving students through full and part scholarships covering tuition fees and accommodation and food charges.
PGDM
Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini invites applications for its two-year full time AICTE approved Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programmes, equivalent to MBA as per Association of Indian Universities. Specialisations are in Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations. Specific Programmes are available in International Business (PGDM–IB) and Retail Management (PGDM–RM). Excellence accreditation is granted from National Board of Accreditation.
Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50per cent. CAT/MAT/CMAT/ XAT/ATMA score as per the cut off decided by JIMS. Final year students may also apply.
Selection Criteria: On the basis of academic performance, CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ ATMA etc, group discussion and personal interview.
