The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) — Pune has released an official notification inviting all the eligible candidates for admission to various post graduate courses for the academic session 2017.

• Management of Family Owned Construction Business (MFOCB)
• Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (QSCM)
• Health and Safety and Environment Management (HSEM)

Eligibility Required

For PGP in ACM/PEM/REUIM/

IFDM/QSCM, all the candidates need to possess a bachelor's degree in engineering in architecture/planning with minimum 50 per cent aggregate from a recognised institute. Selection procedure

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of merit list prepared on the basis of score obtained in National Creativity Aptitude Test (NCAT)/Common Admission Test (CAT)/Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)/Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) etc.
