OP Jindal invites OPJEMS 2015 scholarships. Annual scholarship programme awards the top 100 students from India’s 40 prestigious institutes. The programme is intended for Engineering and Management programmes. The registration for the same has already started.
Eligibility: Engineering Programme: First three toppers of second, third and fourth year based on the academic performance in the previous years (CGPA) of Metallurgical, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering streams.
Management Programme: First 10 toppers of second year based on the academic performance in the first year of regular PGDM/ MBA.
The scholarship programme is being organised with the assistance of People Metrics Pvt ltd, a leading assessment consulting firm.

Child Rights and You (CRY) announces its 9th National Child Rights Research Fellowship. Five fellowships ranging from `50,000 to `1 lakh will be granted.
The fellowship aims at providing an opportunity for researchers, to work on various issues, including evidence on relationships between ethnicity, inequality and conflict as witnessed or experienced by children and exploration of relationships a child has with other children, community, state and family.
During the year-long fellowship, the researchers can develop and interpret themes on the basis of their experiences and ideas. Research findings will be made available to activists, academicians, development practitioners and general public.
Eligibility: The candidates should be more than 18 years of age and be Indian citizens. They can choose any Indian language, including English. Application to include a three-page proposal, which briefly explains the topic of study. Also, a two-page updated CV, sample of published or unpublished paper and details of references are to be sent.
