The IIM Bangalore has launched a three-day executive education programme on ‘Managing and Sustaining Hospital Growth. It will commence from July 16, 2015 and caters to the senior executives in the healthcare sector. The course is targeted at CEOs, COOs, senior hospital administrators, marketing directors of healthcare companies and not for profit organisations.
The programme is being offered by faculty members from IIM Bangalore and Cleveland State University.The programme will provide critical insights into setting patient centered growth strategies that include managing both internal and external public. Active learning of critical concepts such as customer orientation, integrated marketing communications and branding strategies will be encouraged.
