The Galgotias University has launched its all-India entrance exam — Galgotias Engineering Entrance Examination (GEEE) which funnels the finest students into the engineering programme.
Eligibility: Students, who have passed Class XII or its equivalent securing an aggregate of 50 per cent marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, are eligible to apply.
Exam pattern: GEEE is conducted both pencil and paper basis. The duration of the exam will be 90 minutes. The question paper will be objective type with multiple choice and have three parts — Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics. All the questions will be mostly from the State Board of Higher Secondary Education and CBSE syllabus only. Each part has 30 questions which carries one mark each. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
Important dates
The last date for applying is May 30, 2015. The admit card will be available from June 9 and the date of examination is June 14, 2015. For more information, log on to www.geee.in.
