The University School of Basic and Applied Science (USBAS), IP University recently organised a day-long workshop on Mathematical Modeling. The workshop was inaugurated by prof Anup Singh Beniwal, vice chancellor of the University and the key note address on the subject was delivered by JP Dange,chairman, Maharashtra Finance Commission.
Around two dozen experts coming from across the country delivered their views on the subject.According to prof AK Narula, dean, USBAS of the University, the workshop was focused on live demonstration with hands on experience for the application of mathematical modeling in real life problems.It provided an opportunity to learn and practice multi-dimensional approach on mathematical modeling in real world problems.
