Hair stylist Dimitri lafiandra introduced his new ‘couture' range recently. He shared details with Trisha Mukherjee
A rejuvenating hair spa can resolve most problems you face in summer to keep up your hair just as you want it. Keeping this in mind Kerastase organised an ‘experience day.’
“Indian women are beautiful and their hair only adds to their elegance,” said Dimitri lafiandra, salon director of Rossano Ferretti Hair Spa at The Oberoi, Gurgaon, on the occasion of 50th anniversary of Kerastase.
Dimitri also unveiled the new range of couture styling by Kerastase. “Unlike traditional methods, couture styling does not stick to the hair. Your hair will radiate with a light bounce,” he added. Dimitri offered a diagnosis of everybody’s hair. “We have lift Vertige or the root uplifting gel to strengthen hair roots,” he said.
Dimitri gave us a sample. While the shampoo and conditioner were specific for different hair, the Iniatialiste was a common recommendation for most present there.
“Initialiste is our new serum, brought out after 24 years of research. After washing your hair, apply it on your scalp. This is based on the concept of capillary regeneration. The serum will improve the quality of hair and will stimulate its growth,” he added. As the stylists blow dried the hair, Dimitri came up with forme fatal. “The stylists have applied this to your hair,” he said pointing towards the turquoise tube in his hand. “This will give your hair volume, texture and shine,” he said.
