Pankaj in remake of Criminal Justice

Pankaj Tripathi, who recently won a Special Mention National Award for his exceptional performance in Newton, will star in the Indian remake of the popular BBC series, Criminal Justice.Tripathi said, “I am very excited to be part of the Criminal Justice remake in India. This is my second digital series and it is amazing how much the audience is loving the digital space. My role and the details of the show are still being chalked out but looking at both the British and American version, I know there is going to be a bit of everything in this show. I am looking forward to working with Tigmanshu Dhulia, Jackie Shroff and Vikrant Massey. Tigmanshu and I worked on Gangs of Wasseypur as actors, this time he will direct me and it has been my wish to be directed by him for the longest time. Now my wish is coming true.”

‘The prep work for Uri has just begun. In terms of the action training, we are shortlisting best options and MMA is a crucial part of the role and that’s why intense training for that will be what time would be invested in. The MMA is more to suit the body language which the script demands.

Backstreet Boys’ new single

Popular pop group Backstreet Boys unveiled their new single titled “Don’t go breaking my heart” earlier this week. Considering that 2018 marks their 25th year together, they will be unveiling a new album or maybe two. “To me, it sounds like if you were to mash-up The Weeknd with the Bee Gees. It's reminiscent of old-school Backstreet Boys, like Millennium days, with a more modern twist to it. It's a feel-good record,” AJ Mclean, one of the members of the group, told ew.com.

“The album is slowly starting to take shape. There have been songs that are pop-country, songs that are straight urban R&B, songs like Don't go breaking my heart, which is almost borderline EDM. We are fans of all walks of music and that's what you're going to hear on this album,” he added.
