‘like researching for films’
Ashutosh Gowariker, who has made movies like lagaan, Swades and Jodha Akbar, says he likes doing lot of research on his films even though if it takes time. Gowariker spoke about the research that goes into making a film especially if it is about historical characters.
“I always do the research myself. I read all the books on the subject that I am going to adapt and understand the era myself. It can take a long time but it prepares you well,” Ashutosh, who is working on Mohenjo Daro, said at IFTDA’s director's master-class session. He advised aspiring actors to be completely prepared for auditions and not be disheartened if they get rejected. “Remember your talent is not getting rejected, may be you didn't suit the part you auditioned for,” he added.

Sonu Nigam will undergo a knee surgery on June 7, a source close to the singer said. “Sonu will undergo a knee surgery on June 7 in Mumbai. He is fine... It's just a minor surgery,” the source said. He is likely to undergo surgery on his left knee. If media reports are to be believed, it is because Sonu has been playing squash without proper guidance that he is having to undergo surgical treatment.
Heidi will not marry again
Supermodel Heidi Klum, who has gone through two failed marriages and is currently dating art dealer Vito Schnabel, has declared that she will never walk down the aisle again. Klum, 42, is currently enjoying her life and is “very happy the way things are”, reports a news website. “No. I've been there twice,” Klum told a magazine when when asked if a third marriage is in the offing. However, the America's Got Talent judge doesn't regret her decisions to get married in the past. “I've had a roller-coaster ride of a life and I have enjoyed all the ups and the downs,” she said.
Klum was married to stylist Ric Pipino from 1997 to 2002. She dated Italian businessman Flavio Briatore before having a romantic relationship with British singer-songwriter Seal, whom she later married in 2005.
