One of the two drivers Narain Vishwakarma who was in the engine of this Triveni express train sustained severe head injuries. The attack was made on the running express train said sources.
The railway cabins later informed the nearest railway personnel about this incident.
Confirming this DSP latehar ( Barwadeeh falls in latehar district) Purshottam Kumar Singh said this episode took place when the express TRiveni train was to reach Nagar railway station from Ramna railway station.
He said this stoning of running express train could be the handiwork of miscreants or could be the bandh supporters. He said the railway officials are looking into the matter.
