The Principal District and Session Judge of Hazaribagh Vishnukant Sahay on Friday booked a headmaster for submitting forged documents in the court. When he was going through the documents submitted in case no. 39/15, in which a juvenile is a party, he found wrong and misleading entries in the school register submitted in the court as a proof of his age. Taking it seriously, PDJ immediately ordered the registrar to lodge a case against the headmaster and to start proceedings.

As per our court sources, to get relief from the court, school admission register had been submitted in the court of Principal District and Session Judge. The court has actually demanded this register to verify the age shown by the party on the basis of his school certificate. As per the previous certificate, the school was established in 2000 and when PDJ went through the admission register the party was shown admitted there before the establishment of the school.

Court sources said that the admission date of the juvenile for which this register was submitted in class I of the school was of that time when he was perhaps in the womb of her mother. Then PDJ enquired the matter and it was found that forge register has been made with the connivance of juvenile’s parents or relatives and the school headmaster.

More than a dozen entries in that register was found fake. There were names of those couples in the register as parent of admitted students who do not have any child. Some names are of those who never lived in the cover area of that school. After being confirm that it is an attempt to mislead the court PDJ took this hard action.

The name of this school is Rajendra Central School which is a private school situated in Surajpura area of Padma block of the district. Its owner and headmaster is Rajendra Prasad Mehta of Surajpura. He had been made named accused of this case filed by registrar of Hazaribagh Civil Court and soon he will have to face the consequences of his wrong deed.
