CM Raghubar Das’s committed project of rain harvesting took a start on Friday. An authorized committee headed by Development commissioner cum Principle Secretary Finance Amit Khare approved construction of One lakh Dobhas (Water reservoirs) in the fiscal year 2016-17. For implementation, 200 cores plan got a green signal on Friday. Jharkhand assembly has already passed this budgetary allocation.
