Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Ramjeet Yadav of Koderma sent Bagodar MlA Binod Singh with two others in judicial custody on Monday.
The CPI (Ml) legislator and sitting MlA from Bagodar had surrendered before the Chief Judicial Magistrate for bail in the Koderma case no. 339/10.
The accused were charged with destruction of public property and also for preventing Government officials from discharging their duties on 30 August 2010 during a protest by the party workers at the DC office at Koderma.
Twenty named accused out of total 23 were awarded bail earlier. laxman Mandal and Baban Mehta were also sent to judicial custody along with Binod Singh.
