The State Government on Thursday transferred and posted several IAS officers changing Deputy Commissioners of 11 districts and shifting secretary rank officers. Additional Chief Secretary DK Tiwari has been shifted from labour Department to Water Resources Department. Higher and Technical Education department Secretary Ajoy Kumar Singh has been given additional charge of the labour Department.
Road Construction department Secretary MR Meena has been made new Resident Commissioner of Jharkhand Bhawan, Delhi, while Water Resources Department Secretary KK Soan has been made Secretary of Road Construction Department. Tourism Secretary Rahul Sharma has been posted as Excise department Secretary.
Kolhan Divisional Commissioner Brajmohan Kumar has been made MD of Housing Board, while MD of Building Construction Corporation ltd Sunil Kumar has been made Secretary of Building Construction Department. Khunti DC Manish Ranjan has been transferred

DDC, Khunti Mrityunjay Kumar Barnwal has been made DC Bokaro, while DDC East Singhbhum Suraj Kumar has been made DC of Khunti. DDC Koderma, Aditya Kumar Anand has been made Jamtara DC, while Deputy Town Commissioner Ranchi Divyanshu Jha has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary at the Chief Minister’s office.
DDC, Jamtara, Bhor Singh Yadav has been made the new Excise Commissioner of the State, while DDC Palamu Sushant Gaurav and DDC Garhwa Faiz Ahmed Mumtaz have been asked to join personnel Department.
