A meeting of CFT was conducted in the chairmanship of DC Manjunath Bhajantri on Sunday. To complete the tasks under MGNREGA on time, some directions were given to the heads of NGOs of CFT blocks. In the meeting it was told that no scheme was given in financial year 2015-16 to any agency. DC found that the MIS entry has not been completed till 2014-15.
On this DC expressed his dissatisfaction and directed for job demand records. He shoed his grievances on the models of CFT and the agency for MGNREGA and instructed the executive engineer to submit the model estimate. He directed to establish MGNREGA help centre at CFT region. He directed that without permission of DC no Panchayat secretary would be given transfer as the payment of the job card holders will be assured by the digital signature of Mukhiya and Panchayat secretary. For success of MGNREGA plans DC furnished many instructions in the meeting.
