CM for greener State for gen-next
CM Raghubar Das made an appeal to hand over the next generation a greener state. Speaking on the occasion of a programme ‘mission one Crore plantation’, Das said, “Water, Forest, land and Climate are our heritage. We will have to work together to hand over a greener state to generations to come. The government will soon launch Green Credit Campaign for carbon credit. Under this, similar number of plantation would be done in case of deforestation for development works.”Das administered a plantation oath to all present in the programme and planted a sapling himself. MlA duo Rajkumar Pahan and Dr Jitu Charan Ram and Deputy Mayor Sanjeev Vijayvargiya were also present at the occasion. Das said, “Time has changed and people have become more aware about whatever is taking place around. Public participation increases the possibility of success of any programme. Newspapers are doing fantastic job in increasing awareness among people. ” He also appealed to the families to plant at least five saplings on the occasion of birthday celebration of kids.

Ruckus at Seva Sadan
Family members of an infant who died at Seva Sadan on Saturday morning created ruckus at the hospital of Sunday afternoon, demanding stringent against the responsible persons. Parents claim that due to the hospital administration recklessness, they have lost their child. They are also demanding investigation on the entire case with immediate suspension of doctors and nurses on duty that particular day.
