CM: Forfeiting illegal property under study
CM Raghubar Das in the House said that the Government is studying acts of the other States where there are provision for forfeiting property amassed adopting illegal means. Replying in CM Question Hour Das anti-corruption bureau is going to replace vigilance bureau whose braches would also be at district levels. “We are not going to set free any politician and officer who have been indulged in looting Jharkhand,” said the CM.
Routine for House
The Government is also mulling to have a pre-declared schedule for Assembly as well. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Saryu Roy informed in the House that the fixed schedule would help in planning better.
Disaster force
Minister CP Singh announced in the House that the State would get its own disaster response force to deal with natural calamities happening.
