A two-day workshop on the steps to 'Control crimes by children' concluded on Thursday at Chhattisgarh Police Academy here.
The workshop was sponsored by the Police Department, UNICEF and Women and Child Development Department.
In his address, Director General of Police (DGP) AN Upadhyaya said that crimes can be curbed by spreading awareness among the parents, teachers and educating the children.
He hoped that the police officers from nine districts attending the workshop will spread awareness regarding the need to curb crimes. Top police officers also attended the workshop.
