The State Government Gazette is now available online. Revenue Minister Prem Prakash Pandey on Monday dedicated the website cg.nic.in/gazette developed for the purpose. Pandey said that the website is a new year gift for the citizens of Chhattisgarh who can access the State Government gazette through this website.
All the gazette published since January 1, 2015 have been uploaded. Besides this, all the gazette notifications published since formation of the State on November 1, 2000 to December 31, 2014 would also be uploaded on the website, added Pandey.
Director of Government Press, Chandrakant Uike said that the Government officers, employees and general public can observe different notifications of different departments and other important information through the e-Gazette website. They can also take print out of the gazette (ordinary or extraordinary) of different departments from this website.
Uike further said that with functioning of the website, the Government press will not have to provide printed copies of Gazette to the departments, districts and other concerned peoples.
