BJP leadership will commence their second leg of poll preparation for the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections from Monday when party president Amit Shah will hold the third booth level workers meeting in the Barabanki for the crucial Awadh region.

Shah along with party's UP in charge and national vice-president Om Mathur and state president Keshav Prasad Maurya would address over 25,000 booth workers in 14 districts of the Awadh region at the GIC college ground in Barabanki,  said BJP spokesperson Vijay Babadur Pathak here on Sunday.

This would be the third such booth level conference addressed by Shah with earlier conference being held at Kanpur for the Bundelkhand region on June 4 and at Kasganj for the Agra region on June 7.

Pathak said that  the BJP president will address the fourth booth level conference of the western region in Meerut on June 30,  of Gorakhpur region in Basti on July 1 and of Kashi region at Jaunpur on July 2.

Shah will again come to Mau in Eastern UP on July 9 to address a public rally. It is likely that a small political outfit Bharatiya Samaj Party led by Om Prakash Rajbhar could merge with the BJP in that rally.

According to programme of Shah will reach lucknow by train from Kathgodam on Monday early morning. He will directly come to the state party office from Charbagh station and will go to Barabanki around 1130 hours.

In the evening he will attend a programme organised by a national Hindi daily and later will leave for New Delhi in the night.
