Sir — This refers to the article, “An odd plan with even failings” (December 8) by Vivan Sharan. The Aam Aadmi Party Government is all about populism and tokenism. It has three weeks to prepare for a traffic scheme that’ll impact vehicles coming to the city from all over the country. It is also willing to backtrack after a fortnight’s turmoil.
