Sir — This refers to the brain stormer, “Changing attitudes, one tweet at a time” (July 11). India is a big country with diverse ethnic groups and languages. Now that Indians are traveling abroad in increasing numbers every year, the solution seems to be to have people from different regions of India on the staff at the international terminals (at least) to process/interview such people.
