Sir — This refers to the report that Congress MP and party vice president Rahul Gandhi rushed to the well of the lok Sabha. He accused the Speaker of partisan conduct and demanded a discussion on communal tensions in the country.
Mr Gandhi is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. He is confused and someone has to push him to join the crowd to protest, even if it means violating the rules. He was silent in 2012 and 2013 when more than 400 communal incidents took place across the country.
