Sir — This refers to the editorial, “End wild speculations” (November 26). Demonetisation will target only a miniscule amount of cash component that is held in stock as black money. It will not wipe out all black money in existence. The Government must accept the fact that it has miserably failed to implement the demonetisation of notes properly.
