Sources said Minister for Social Welfare in the Omar Abdullah Cabinet, NC Sakina Itto, arrived at Deputy Commissioner’s office to file her nomination papers at the same time as PDP candidate Abdul Majid Padder. They were accompanied by hundreds of slogan-shouting workers. While the candidates were busy in completing the formalities, the supporters began abusing each other.
