Allocation of buildings under the various housing schemes of Ghaziabad Development Authority in Hindi Bhawan located in Lohia Nagar, by way of lottery. GDA Secretary Santosh Rai informed that under this Madhuban Bapudham scheme, 36 of LIG houses, five Mini MIG houses and 256 EWS houses, one house in Shastri Nagar EWS scheme, five houses of Mini MIG in Indirapuram Nyay Khand 3, Chandrashila Apartment three houses of one BHK and two BHK were allocated in the Koel Enclave.
The allotment of the houses was completed by way of lottery under the chairmanship of Additional Secretary CP Tripathi. OSD Sanjay Kumar SK Sinha Executive Engineer, Ranbir Singh in-charge of property and Accounts Officer Dinesh Yadav were specially present in the committee and the said lottery procedure was under the supervision of the committee.
The special thing is that there is no irregularity in the lottery system, since videography of this program has also been done. GDA administration congratulated all the successful allotted and a list of them has also been posted at the GDA office.
