Provincial Medical Health Services (PMHS)-the organisation spearheading the strike by the Government doctors- called off their strike on Friday after murderers of Dr SK Singh were arrested by the police in Udham Singh Nagar. Informing this, PMHS president Dr S K Goswami said that doctors would start attending emergency services from Friday evening.
On the strike call given by the PMHS, all the services, barring post- mortem, were stopped by the agitating doctors since April 20-the day the murder was committed.
