The Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat distributed digital ration cards under the one nation, one ration card initiative during the State Foundation Day function at Bharadisain in Gairsain. The CM presented symbolic ration cards to three residents of Chamoli district. Under the one nation, one ration card system, a resident of any area using a ration card can procure ration from a PDS shop anywhere in India. Under this scheme, the citizens of India will be free to procure their share of ration from a PDS shop in any state.
