PNS

Former Haryana Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Thursday held the BJP responsible for the ongoing Jat agitation in the State.

Talking to mediapersons here, Hooda said the BJP Government has failed to address the issue of Jat reservation and forced them to protest across the State.

The ruling party should clear its stand as its senior leaders have been voicing their strong opinion against Jat reservation, added Hooda.

On the other hand, INlD senior leader and leader of opposition in Haryana Assembly, Abhay Singh Chautala demanded to convene special session of State Assembly on the issue of Jat reservation. He

alleged that the BJP has betrayed the Jats and failed to provide them reservation.

BJP is responsible for deteriorating law and order situation in the State, said Chautala adding that a resolution should be passed in the State Assembly regarding Jat reservation.
