As part of its promise to provide services at doorsteps, the life Insurance Corporation (lIC) of India on Monday opened a satellite office at Rahama in Jagtsinghpur district.
The new facility is the 23rd satellite office of the Cuttack Division of the lIC, informed the corporation’s Sales Manager PK Pradhan. Pradhan said the new office, apart from doing new businesses, would also cater to the needs of the existing customers by way of renewal premium payment, loan interest payment, change of nominations, revival of lapsed policies and several other services, including registrations of electronic clearing system and electronic fund transfer (NEFT).
