Kalpana Mishra, in-charge headmistress, Tarini Government Girls’ High School, Ghatagaon in Keonjhar district, was on Wednesday arrested by the Vigilance police for accepting bribe of Rs 8,000.
As demanded by her earlier, she took the bribe from Janaki Kuanr, who was working as a contractual cook of the school, for processing and releasing her salary for the period from July to September 2013.A trap was laid by Vigilance officers and Kalpana Mishra was caught red-handed in her office room while accepting the bribe.
