BSNl services are utterly poor in the district headquarters town Baripada.
It is noticed that most land phone connections have been cut off as the subscribers complained about regular faults and urged the department to stop the service. In spite of receiving complaints, the personnel just sit silent.
Similarly, most of the time, broadband is not working properly. Due to improper service in broadband, the users including the students and officials are suffering a lot. The local people have demanded action against the errant BSNl officials and proper working of the services.
