Three youths were nabbed for killing a 20-year-old youth at VIP guest house under Koh-e-Fiza police station area on Monday.
According to the police at around 7.30 pm Rahul Balai was found injured near VIP guest house and was rushed to Hamidia hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.
After preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 302 of the IPC was registered and started further investigation.
In the investigation police teams started searching for the miscreants and were successful in nabbing three miscreants. The three were identified as Deepak Balai, Aakash alias Haddi Balai and Salman Khan. Deepak and Aakash are residents of Shreen Jhuggi while Salman is a resident of Vajpayee Nagar. When the three were questioned the reason behind the killing was revealed by them. Deepak was the mastermind in the killing of the victim.
He confessed that around two years ago Rahul eloped with his sister and a case under section 363 and 366 of the IPC was registered with the Koh-e-Fiza police.
For the past two years the victim was living with Deepak’s sister but Deepak was not ready to accept the humiliation and decided to take revenge. He planned to kill Rahul with the help of Akash and Salman.
As per the plan Akash and Salman asked Rahul to meet them near VIP guest house and when Rahul arrived he was attacked with sharp edged weapons and was stabbed several times. Rahul tried to escape but was chased and was again attacked in his stomach.
