Competitive events like the Automotive Design Competition (ADC) organized by the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM), the D’source Corona Design Challenge organized by IIT Bombay, and Toycathon have been introduced by the government and private institutions to help students hone their skills and compete at national levels to gauge their mettle.
