Time to discover the self

Time to discover the self

We all wish to succeed well and enjoy a fulfilling life with ease and comfort.

But the truth is that nothing comes easy for a large majority. They have to strive hard and yet, there is no guarantee that they may always succeed in their endeavours. This, despite each one of us having had tried to put in one’s best, of course by one’s own standard. And those who are faced with odds invariably try to console themselves as being the call of destiny. The question now is: If our efforts fail to bear fruits, is it how we are fated or that we would have failed to put in our bestIJ

To find an answer, we need to look into the chemistry of our mind. The prime drivers of our mind, are the impressions of learning and experiences we would have had during the previous life as well as the accounts of our unfulfilled desires. That is subject to further modification through the learning and unlearning we had with the onset of the present life. What finally emerges out of the process is what sets the premises on which we drive our lives.

Invariably, we carry a mixed bag of potentials and infirmities. Evidently, we need to be first aware of our inlaid potentials, and then hone them well to become worth applying in contemporary terms, to make the best out of them. The potentials cannot spontaneously outplay and would not be worth the time as it is. For, their seeds are rooted in the past. Meanwhile, time would have advanced a lot. As a consequence, what would have been relevant in the yesteryears may not prove to be true to the callings of the dynamics of the present moment, on an ‘as-is-where-as’ basis.

Simultaneously the infirmities too, need to be identified, acknowledged, and corrected. Otherwise, upon the right moment, they will not miss the opportunity to play spoilsport with the inlaid potentials by trying to restrict them from blooming out to the fullest. The paradox, however, is that we seldom remain conscious about discovering the inlaid driving spirit of our minds. As a result thereof, we often fail to take necessary corrective initiatives so as to set our premise. So, in effect, our efforts remain short of expectations is the reason why we fail in life.

It therefore, becomes incumbent upon us to discover ourselves in time. We are very well qualified to do that through self-reflection. But, often, because of the preconditioning of our minds, it becomes difficult to dispassionately analyse one’s own self. This deficiency of ours can be taken care of by Astrology, which does energy-mapping of a being. And since energy does not carry any bias, astrological reading reflects the personality of a being with fair amounts of precision.

A case in point is that of a potential guy, who having earned requisite experience in his field, serving various institutions of repute has finally established his own IT company. The company has been on the whole growing, but the going has been really tough for him. Worried, he called up for advice. He was advised to look within to find the answer. For, most of his difficulties were of his own doing as they may with his personality imbalances.

let us now look at his astrological pointers. The Sun conjunct with Uranus, firmly placed above the head, read together with Jupiter and Mars respectively occupying the two trine houses point to his high ambition. The Sun and Uranus favourably disposed off to Mars, in the first place implies that he is armed with an inventive and innovative mind having the drive and initiative necessary to take his aspirations to the desired end. Second, he has leadership abilities capable of successfully steering a team. Also, he would be self-reliant, fearless, practical, and bounding with energy. Saturn conjunct with Ketu, both favourably placed with Venus and Moon, point to his IT skills, practical business abilities, trustworthiness, and capable of handling responsible positions. Neptune well disposed off to both Jupiter and Mercury grants him with vision and imagination. All put together qualify him to take his company to great heights.

The above positives often get compromised whenever he gets emotionally surcharged, coming as it may with Venus placed adverse to the Sun, Uranus, and Moon. He then loses his sense of reasons and misdirects his energies as would Mars placed adverse to Neptune imply when read together with Jupiter opposite Mercury. His mercurial temperament also comes into play as would Moon posited adverse to Uranus mean. He also loses his patience. At times, he also gets into speculative overdrives, which eventually puts him into distress. And the result is there for all to see.
