Not prepared to digest and having little understanding of astrology, he came forward with his counter arguments: “Armed with so many raja-yoga and Moon in the 10th house, and Uranus in the 11th house that promises patronage of those in high position, don’t you think I am destined to become a public figure of high standingIJ”
True, with Mercury, the lord of lagna and 10th house, lord of trine 9th house Venus, and Jupiter the lord of two Kendra houses 4th and 7th, together in the lagna, and all in kendra with Moon, make out strong raja-yoga. The 12th lord Sun as well as 8th lord Mars, both in the 12th house, form strong vipareet raja-yoga. Moon over the head will certainly keep you in the public limelight. But never forget that Moon changes colour every day, and which further acquires the sense of duality as it is tenanted in a dual sign owned by Mercury. Further to that, Moon is aspected by demonic Rahu, and also forms unholy alliance with Sun, the planet identified with reputation. As a consequence, you become due for being in public glare, but both for good and bad reasons.
