The NMMS exam for 2024-25 conducted by the State Examination Board happened on February 22, 2025. The examination began at 12:00 PM and ended at 3:00 PM during a single session which operated at all taluka headquarters across the state. Out of all students who took the examination the total number was 2,20,488.
The Ministry of Human Resource Development under its NMMS initiative through New Delhi supports gifted students who are part of economically disadvantaged families with their education. The initiative supports eighth grade students to advance their education through Class 12 education with the purpose of decreasing enrollment deficits at secondary and higher secondary grade levels.
Students could access the provisional answer key on February 25th 2025. Candidates possessed a period between February 28 and March 5, 2025 to submit their objections about the key. The expert committee evaluated all challenges which candidates submitted for the question paper or the provisional answer key.
The committee performed a detailed analysis of objections against the key answers before making approved adjustments to specific answers. The finalized answer key appeared officially on the website at March 18, 2025 following the implementation of recommendation adjustments by experts.
