Union Minister for Agriculture, Farmers' Welfare, and Rural Development, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, visited Bokaro on Friday as per the scheduled program, where he addressed a gathering on the theme of "Jharkhand kidhar .." at Vidya Mandir School. The event included distinguished guests such as Jagannath Shahi and Dulu Mahato, MP Dhanbad.
Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, along with Bokaro MLA Biranchi Narayan, BJP workers, and employees of SAIL-Bokaro Steel Plant including Director Incharge of BSL B.K Tiwari participated in a plantation drive actively at the Jaivik Udyan in Bokaro. This initiative aligns with the minister's focus on promoting environmental sustainability through increased green cover, a critical step towards mitigating climate change impacts.
