Advocate Gopi Krishna was murdered in Madhukam of Sukhdevnagar police station area on August 2. After that, both the criminals of this case, Roshan Munda and Sandeep Kalindi, were arrested. Based on the secret information received by SSP Chandan Sinha, the police team led by Kotwali Dy SP Prakash Soye took action and caught Khemlal Kalindi from his Brother-In-Law's house in Simdega.

Sinha informed this in a press meet on Thursday and he also said that both the arrested criminals told that after killing Gopi Krishna, while fleeing, they gave a country-made pistol and bullets to Khemlal Kalindi, who is Sandeep Kalindi's brother, to hide and also helped both the criminals in escaping. Since then, the police was searching for Khemlal, he added. On interrogation, Khemlal told that he has hidden the weapon in Mudla hill near his house. After this, the police team recovered the weapon, he added.

Meanwhile, The SSP informed that a big drug racket has been exposed under the leadership of Kotwali Dy SP Prakash Kumar Soye in Sukhdev Nagar police station area of Ranchi. In the police raid, 105 packets of brown sugar and three kg of ganja hidden in the basement of the house have been recovered.

Sinha said that information was received that Pawan Kumar and Chintu, residents of Vidya Nagar in Sukhdev Nagar police station area, are doing drug business from their house.

After the information was confirmed, a police team in civil dress under the leadership of Kotwali Dy SP raided Pawan Kumar's house. Pawan had made a small basement in his own house and kept brown sugar and ganja in it. Which has been recovered. Both the accused have been arrested.
