State Govt afraid of Chouhan, Sarma’s visit to state: Bauri

Wednesday, 11 September 2024 | PNS | Ranchi

Leader of Opposition Amar Kumar Bauri today took a big dig at the Hemant government claiming that Chief Minister Hemant Soren is afraid of his defeat in the upcoming assembly elections. He said that the Chief Minister is tearing apart the dignity of democracy by putting the officials forward. He is making a malicious attempt to strangle democracy. The BJP leader in Assembly said that India has a democratic system and not a monarchy. A political leader, worker, can go to any part of the country and put forth his party's point of view. Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and popular Chief Minister of Assam Government Himanta Biswa Sarma have been made in-charge and co-in-charge for the Jharkhand assembly elections by the BJP central leadership. In this sequence, both the leaders are coming to Jharkhand to discharge their responsibilities.

Bauri said that BJP has been exposing the failures, loot, lies, corruption of the Hemant government for the last 5 years. It is agitating with the people from the road to the House.

He said that the High Court has also taken the issue of changing demography of the state due to Bangladeshi intruders seriously. Strict instructions have also been given to the state government.

He said that whether it is a matter of employment of youth or unemployment allowance, promises made for farmers, women, this government is not able to answer the questions of BJP in all these.

He said that due to love jihad, land jihad, intruders are snatching the land of tribals. The identity of the state is in danger. Despite the court order, the land of tribals is not being returned from the possession of intruders despite the presence of a tribal Chief Minister. The state government is sitting silently due to appeasement and vote bank. It is protecting criminals and intruders.

He said that the Chief Minister of a state is prevented from going to Gopinath Pur of Pakur district in his own country.

He said that 16 youths died untimely in the excise constable race and the government remains insensitive. The government has not reached the families of the deceased till date. BJP demanded Rs 50 lakh assistance and a government job but the government is silent on that too. He said that when the state BJP is taking all these issues seriously to the public under the guidance of Shivraj Singh Chauhan and Himanta Biswa Sarma ji, the state government is taking wrong decisions in panic.

He said that BJP has become the voice of the people as per the sentiments of the leaders of a strong opposition. The public has given huge support to BJP and NDA in the Lok Sabha elections and is determined to make BJP win in the assembly elections as well.

He said that if the state government feels that raising public issues is against the law in democracy. Talking about tribals, indigenous people, women, Dalits, backward classes is against the law, then the state government should file a case against both the leaders.
