The effort of Minister of State for Defence and Ranchi MP Sanjay Seth has once again yielded positive results. Approval has been received for the installation of 2000 solar high mast lights in the rural areas of Ranchi Lok Sabha constituency. Very soon all the lights will be installed in rural areas. Giving information to this effect, the Union Minister of State for Defence held a press conference in his central office today. In the press conference, he said that with the objective of proper lighting in the rural areas connected to Ranchi Lok Sabha constituency, it was my effort to install solar lights in every village. This effort of mine has been successful. Approval has been given for 2000 high mast lights at a cost of 6 crores. The cost of one light is approximately 30 thousand rupees. All these lights will be installed on a beam of 15 feet, in which there will be 6 lights of 30 watts. The best thing will be that this light will be charged by solar and will light up automatically when it gets dark in the evening.
The Union Minister of State for Defence said that through this light, all the village's street corners and squares will be illuminated and people will get great relief even in elephant-affected areas. The Union Minister of State for Defence also informed that these solar lights will be installed at Sarna Sthal, Dhumkudia Bhawan, Community Bhawan, Akhara, Chaupal, Important Chowk Chauraha, Panchayat Bhawan, Chabutra, Elephant Affected Area and other public places. He informed that his efforts always continue with the thought that Ranchi Lok Sabha constituency should be developed properly. This work is also a part of that.
In today's press conference, Shri Seth also criticized the state government and said that this government has become very practical now. It is running on oppressive policies. Jharkhandis are being oppressed in every way - physically, mentally, economically. Murders are happening openly. Crimes are being committed against women. Incidents of snatching have increased wildly in the capital Ranchi and the government and administration are sitting idle.
In the matter of internet being shut down for two days, Seth said that it was like an undeclared emergency. Internet was shut down with the aim that corruption and malpractice of JSSC examination should not spread among the general public. The purpose of shutting down the internet was not to stop malpractice and corruption. Malpractice and corruption are already happening, but it was stopped with the aim that they do not spread among the general public. The public will answer for every act of this government.
