Reserve Bank of India organised a Town Hall event at Indore on August 30, 2024 for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises(MSME) entrepreneurs. The seminar was addressed by Senior Officers of various banks located at Indore and Bhopal including senior officers from Bank of India (lead bank), State Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Bank of Baroda and Canara Bank. The participants included industry associations and TReDS platform providers. Hemant Kumar Soni, General Manager, RBI, Bhopal chaired the session and addressed the gathering.
In the Question & Answer session, the participants raised several queries which were addressed by Soni, GM, RBI and senior officers of other banks. The purpose of the said event was to provide a platform for interaction for the banks and their MSME customers.
