Rajgarh police have nabbed thieves who had stolen jewelry worth Rs 1.5 crore from Hotel Hyatt in Jaipur.
Jewelry worth about Rs 1.5 crore was stolen from a wedding ceremony at Hyatt Hotel in Jaipur city of Rajasthan. Apart from the minor teenager, some other people were also involved in this theft incident and was found in the CCTV camera installed at the venue.
The Police Commissioner of Jaipur informed Madhya Pradesh's ADG Intelligence Jaideep Prasad about this theft in Jaipur city and informed that the thieves may possibly be from Rajgarh in Madhya Pradesh.
After this, ADG Intelligence Jaideep Prasad informed SP Rajgarh Aditya Mishra about this and directed to trace the thieves as soon as possible.
ADG Jaideep Prasad also told Rajgarh SP Aditya Mishra that minors of Kadiya village of Rajgarh are involved in such cases of theft.
SP Aditya Mishra said that after this the police raided Kadiya village near Boda at midnight.
In the month of Sawan, Kanwar pilgrims pass through the district through different routes. The police had received information that these accused have joined the pilgrims in some Kanwar Yatra. Therefore, to search for the accused, the police started searching on the Agra-Mumbai National Highway at night.
