Keeping in mind the health of its employees, BHEL, Bhopal here on Friday organized a health awareness program.

On this occasion BK Singh General Manager (HR) was present as the Chief Guest.

Rupesh Ranjan, Psychiatrist of Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Center. Especially present gave a lecture on issues concerning health.

Singh in his welcome address said that a healthy, happy and contented employee is the asset of any organisation. The employee being healthy and happy is also important for his family life. At present, the young generation gets addicted to earning money quickly. He does not pay attention to his work and turns away from family responsibilities. Gradually, financial losses start occurring. Many of our employees have lost their hard-earned money as a reason of such activity.At such times, the effort of all of us, i.e. organization, family, friends, relatives should be to bring back such fellow employees to normal life.Later, Dr. Rupesh Ranjan, Professional Psychiatric Counsellor of Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Center, gave a detailed lecture and presentation on this subject to the employees present in the auditorium.

Apart from this, he guided the employees by answering the issues raised by them by communicating directly with them.The main objective of this program organized by the management is to make the employees aware of their health welfare and to include it in their daily life.General Managers, DRO, Heads of various departments, Sr Officers, executives, supervisors, workers etc. participated in the program.
