Saturday, 24 August 2024 | PNS

Amid heavy security arrangements and prohibitory orders imposed outside the Morabadi Ground in Jharkhand's capital Ranchi, the BYJM protest rally against alleged injustice by the JMM-led government in the state

Workers of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha gathered in the Morabadi ground where leaders of the BJP address the ‘Yuva Aakrosh Rally". Through this rally, top leaders of the state BJP were targeting the Hemant government and were working to instill enthusiasm among the workers. But due to the aggressiveness of the workers involved in the outrage rally, the police fired tear gas shells at them. Water cannon and lathicharge were also done. Morhabadi ground turned into a battlefield. Police was firing tear gas shells on BJP workers and youths. Water cannons were being used on the road coming from Shibu Soren's residence. Tear gas and water cannon are also being used on the road leading to Babulal's residence.

BJP workers broke the barricades on the road coming from Shibu Soren's residence. Along with tear gas, lathicharge was also being done on BJP workers. BJP workers were also pelting stones at the police. Five BJP workers including Bokaro city president Yuva Morcha Vishal Gautam have been injured. Organization General Secretary Karmaveer and MLA CP Singh are having burning sensation in their eyes due to tear gas shells.

Here, BJP workers have reached near the barricading on the way to Suchna Bhawan Morhabadi. But the road is blocked here. The police has explained to them and sent them near the stage. There is a jam on the road from Raj Bhawan to Bariatu. The general public is angry due to the road being blocked near Dogri Line. There is a tussle between the police administration and the public. After a long time, a little road was opened for the public. The police is firing firecrackers towards the CM residence. Addressing the rally, BJP SC Morcha National President and Rajya Sabha MP Sameer Oraon said that the Hemant government has only cheated the youth in the last five years. The ministers and MLAs of the government are busy filling their coffers. The government is being run by deceiving the tribals, Dalits and minorities. Hemant Soren will have to give an account to the youth of the state. Deepak Prakash said that the youth of the state have gathered here today to overthrow the government. The Hemant government is scared.

Arjun Munda said that this government is so immersed in familyism that it removed a tribal Chief Minister. Outsiders have no say in this family party. They have no concern for the tribals. People are not getting the benefit of the Nal Jal Yojana. This government is only doing fraud in the name of the scheme. JPSC-JSSC is conducting the examination, but the paper is getting leaked.

Sanjay Seth said that Hemant Soren's government is scared of the roar of the youth. He said that I have never seen such a scared government in my life. The state government had promised to give jobs to 5 lakh youth. The government had said that it would leave the throne if jobs were not given. The public has gathered here to demand this answer.

  • Amar Bauri targeted Hemant Soren and said that this government has set a record of atrocities on the youth. They have sold all the examinations. This government is completely anti-youth. They love Bangladeshi infiltrators. The people of Al Qaeda do not see this government. They do not see the atrocities being committed on the tribals. When the youth take to the streets for their rights, Hemant Soren's government works to barricade them with barbed wires. The barbed wires of the Hemant government will not be able to stop the youth.
